Responsibilities

  • Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (e.g. manage calendars, book travel, schedule facilities and equipment, etc.).
  • Coordinate duties for multiple offices.
  • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define operational strategies.
  • Mentor team members.
  • Serve as a technical lead for, and manager of, small projects.
