  1. Scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, preparing expense reports, managing their MS-Outlook calendar, and travel bookings
  2. Updating online databases, working on Excel and PowerPoint presentations
  3. Creating purchase orders and conducting desktop research.
  4. Effectively communicating with clients through email, phone, and chat.
